Reaching us by Live Chat and email
Live Chat is our fastest route for day-to-day questions — signing in, understanding a transaction, or checking the status of a request. For anything that needs a paper trail, such as a complaint or a document submission, we ask customers to use email instead.
What to include in a written complaint
When a matter is not resolved at the first point of contact, we ask for a detailed written complaint by email containing the account username, the full name registered on the account, the message sent from the registered email address, a subject line containing the word COMPLAINT and the reason, a detailed summary of the issue, and the specific dates and times involved. This lets our team move straight to investigating rather than going back and forth for basics. Anyone who wants to understand the process in more depth can read our page on raising a complaint.
Verification and account requests by email
Identity verification, proof of residence, and proof of payment method ownership are also handled by email when requested, with documents due within 30 days of the request. Self-exclusion requests follow the same route: customers write to our support service team, and we assist in closing the account once the request is received.
